Return Policy

At 24seven Comfort Apparel, we value your satisfaction and offer hassle-free returns for unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that returns are only accepted for orders made directly through the 247comfortapparel.com website. To initiate a return, log in to your account, request a return label, and await approval. Once approved, you'll receive an email containing a prepaid return label you can print and use to send back your package.

To qualify for a return, ensure your items are unused and still have the original hangtag label attached. Non-returnable items include gift cards, final sale clearance items, products not in their original condition, or items that have had the hang tag removed. 

Return items received outside of 30 days may only qualify for a partial refund or store credit, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Return Instructions:

  1. Log into your account and request a return.
  2. Pack the Items: Place the items you are returning in a secure package. 

3.Ensure No Shipping Branding: Make sure the package you use does not have any shipping branding or service specifications such as "USPS Priority" or "USP Ground." This could result in delivery failure and additional shipping costs that you would be responsible for. Please use an unmarked box or package, or cover any existing labels or shipping branding. 

4.Print the return label you will receive by email and attach it to your return package.

5.Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location.

Upon our receiving your return, please allow a few business days for processing. After inspection, we'll notify you via email that your returned item has been received. Subsequently, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe, dependent on your bank.

 

Exchanges Instructions:

For exchanges, we recommend returning your original item(s) and placing a new order for the desired items. This ensures a faster, smoother experience and guarantees inventory availability for your exchange.

 

Shipping Policy:

All orders ship the following business day after an order is placed. We offer free shipping on all orders! You will have the option of selecting free shipping at checkout, no code necessary. The Free Shipping option takes between 2–5 Business Days for delivery. Additional shipping options are also available at checkout.

Shipping Disclaimer:

Please note that we are not responsible for misdelivered, late-delivered, or stolen items once the tracking status indicates "delivered." We do not replace or refund stolen items with confirmed delivery status, and we do not offer refunds for shipping costs on late deliveries dispatched from our warehouse the following business day after order placement.
